Peach State Truck Centers Named One of the 2025 Top Companies for Women to Work in Transportation

ATLANTA, Ga. – November 12, 2025 — Peach State Truck Centers has been recognized by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT), as one of the 2025 Top Companies for Women to Work in Transportation - Elite 30.

The annual award highlights organizations that actively foster the advancement of women in the trucking industry through inclusive cultures, equitable opportunities, and supportive workplace policies. Companies earning this recognition demonstrate exceptional commitment to professional development, work-life balance, and leadership advancement for women across all levels of the organization.

“We’re honored to be named among the Top Companies for Women to Work in Transportation,” said Rick Reynolds, President of Peach State Truck Centers. “Our industry is built on hard work and respect and that includes respect for every individual who helps move it forward. This award reflects the dedication of our entire team to creating a workplace where women can thrive, lead, and make a positive impact.”

Founded in 1974, Peach State Truck Centers is one of the Southeast’s largest and most respected commercial truck dealerships, representing Freightliner and Western Star brands. With 13 locations across Georgia and Alabama, the company has built its reputation on investing in people, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The recognition from WIT underscores Peach State’s ongoing efforts to build an inclusive environment; one where opportunities for growth and advancement are accessible to all. Through initiatives such as leadership development programs, the Women In Trucking Employee Group, and mentorship opportunities, the company continues to attract and retain top talent in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

“Being part of this list is not only an honor—it’s motivation,” said Shanna Kearns, Vice President of Corporate Accounting at Peach State Truck Centers. “It reinforces our belief that when you create a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported, great things happen—for our people, our customers, and our communities.”

Peach State Truck Centers was formally recognized at the Women In Trucking Accelerate! Conference & Expo, held November 9–12 in Dallas, Texas.
