OUR APPROACH

Buyer’s Assurance is for eligible Freightliner or Western Star trucks sold by a SelecTrucks Center. Buyer’s Assurance is valid 90 days from the vehicle in-service date and is transferable.

When you purchase an eligible vehicle, it will be registered in our nationwide service support system, so you’ll have immediate 90-Day Buyer’s Assurance coverage. If a repair is needed, simply head to any of the hundreds of Freightliner service locations across North America or call 1-800-FTL-HELP (1-800-385-4357). 

They’ll confirm your coverage, repair covered items and get you back on the road–with no deductible charge. It’s that easy. In the case of a breakdown situation, you can always call our Customer Assistance Center to locate the nearest dealer.
